Redefine Aesthetics Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

and in order to efficiently accommodate other clients.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Some services at Redefine Aesthetics require a non-refundable deposit from $25-100 and are required to be paid at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time and the deposit will be transferable. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit the initial deposit and required to make another deposit to reschedule. If you have not followed pre-care for your appointment, you will forfeit your initial deposit and be asked to reschedule.
Microblading touch-up appointments are subject to a $100 charge to the card on file for late re-scheduling, failure to follow pre-care, or cancellations.
Excessive rescheduling, more than three times will result in a $50 charge for each additional reschedule.
If you NO CALL/NO SHOW for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the remaining total for your service ($25 fee for whitening services). No showing to your appointment waives all referrals and we have the right to no longer accept you as a client.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled permanent makeup appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and the initial deposit will be forfeited. For touch-ups, the card on file will be charged $100.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled whitening appointment, you may be asked to reschedule, the card on file will be charged $25, and a deposit will be required to re-book.
Color Boost Appointments and Maintenance
We will schedule your complimentary 6-10 week touch-up before you leave your initial appointment. If you are unable to receive a touch-up within 10 weeks of your initial appointment, you will be subject to an additional fee.
Color Boost services are offered at a discounted rate to existing clients of mine within 12-18 months of your last service. Anything booked outside of a the 18 month period may be subject to an additional fee.
All services and deposits are non-refundable and can not be transfer to other services or products.
